PassTools stores the information needed to provide and operate your workspace.
Account and workspace details, including names and email addresses.
Programs, templates, campaigns, brand kits, and approval records.
Recipient details provided by customers for pass issuance and delivery.
Pass activity, redemptions, provider jobs, and API request logs.
Billing identifiers and plan details when Paddle billing is connected.
How data is used
We use this information to provide PassTools and support account operations.
Issue, update, revoke, and review wallet pass records for customer programs.
Process email, SMS, webhook, and wallet-provider requests that a customer starts.
Show usage, activity history, and support information.
Protect accounts, investigate errors, and prevent misuse.
Service providers
Information may be sent to providers that a customer chooses to connect.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet for pass creation and distribution.
Paddle for billing and subscription management.
Configured email and SMS providers for customer-requested delivery.
Azure services for hosting, storage, and monitoring.
Retention and controls
Workspace administrators can manage recipient and pass records within PassTools.
API request logs are retained for up to 90 days.
Suppressed and opted-out recipient lists can be exported.
Workspace administrators can suspend recipients, revoke passes, and review activity history.
The final policy will define full retention periods and privacy-request procedures.
