Service scope
PassTools provides tools for organizations to create and manage wallet pass programs.
Customers configure programs, templates, brand kits, campaigns, recipients, and passes.
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet features require approved provider accounts and credentials.
The portal and APIs are intended for authorized business users.
Features may depend on third-party providers selected by the customer.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful use of recipient data and provider channels.
Have permission to contact recipients and issue wallet passes.
Keep API keys, webhook secrets, and provider credentials confidential.
Review provider status, approvals, activity history, and suppression lists.
Do not use PassTools for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content.
Billing and subscriptions
Online billing is not available. Paddle is the designated billing provider.
The pricing page lists Launch, Scale, and Enterprise plans.
Creating a sandbox does not start a paid subscription.
Online checkout is not currently available.
The final terms will define taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
Availability and support
Service availability and support commitments will be defined in the final terms or an order form.
PassTools monitors service health and provider jobs.
Activity history and operational logs support issue investigation.
Service levels, support hours, and remedies are not included in this draft.
Third-party provider outages may affect connected features.
